Dietitian consultations are with Agnes Chow APD. Sessions are customised to your goals, dietary preferences and any chronic health conditions.
Dietitian appointments cannot be booked online — please call (03) 5902 8223. A GP referral is needed to access Medicare or DVA rebates. NDIS and self-funded clients welcome.
Agnes takes a full dietary history, reviews any lab results, and establishes your individualised goals.
You leave with a written nutrition plan that's realistic for your lifestyle — not a generic meal-plan handout.
Review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust the plan. Most clients see results across 3–6 sessions.
