Initial WorkSafe certificates, ongoing reviews, return-to-work plans, transport accident certificates and reports.
Coal Board medicals, NSW Mines, White Card medicals, working at heights and confined space assessments.
Australian visa medicals (Bupa Medical Visa Services authorised). Bring all forms and identification.
Life insurance, income protection, superannuation TPD, salary continuance medicals — full reporting to insurer.
Pre-placement medicals for childcare, education, university nursing/medical placements with hep B titres.
Private medical assessments are for non-Medicare-funded purposes — typically employment, insurance, sport or migration. Allow extra time as paperwork is involved.
Specify the purpose at booking (pre-employment, insurance medical, sports medical, etc.) so we allocate enough time.
Bring photo ID, any forms supplied by the requesting party, glasses if you wear them, and a list of medications.
May include history, vision/colour testing, blood pressure, urinalysis, ECG, hearing screen, or specific tests required by the form.
Your GP completes the paperwork during the consultation. Reports may be posted, emailed, or collected at reception.

Private medical assessments are not Medicare rebatable and attract a private fee. The fee depends on the complexity of the assessment and paperwork — reception will quote at booking. Some employers pay the fee directly.
