Audiology consultations are with Duoshao Wu from Viva Hearing, who visits fortnightly. Comprehensive hearing assessments take approximately 60 minutes.
Audiology appointments cannot be booked online — please call (03) 5902 8223 to schedule with Duoshao. No GP referral is needed.
Full diagnostic audiometry — pure tone, speech in noise, tympanometry. You receive a clear, easy-to-read audiogram.
Duoshao explains your results and discusses options — hearing aid trials, communication strategies, or referral to ENT if needed.
If hearing aids are recommended, Duoshao manages fitting, fine-tuning and ongoing reviews from her Mornington and Botanic Ridge clinics.

Initial hearing assessments attract a private fee. Pensioners may be eligible for free hearing services through Hearing Australia (separate program). Children under 26 may access free testing through the Hearing Services Program. Speak to reception about costs.
Bulk-billed consultations for eligible Medicare patients. Some procedures may attract a private fee — please contact reception to confirm costs at booking. Open 7 days, walk-ins accommodated where possible.
